DASH Consult provides scheduled inspection programmes as well as ad-hoc inspections for specific concerns or high-risk periods.
Our inspectors use structured checklists aligned with WSH regulations and industry best practices. Inspections cover housekeeping, electrical safety, machine guarding, fall protection, scaffolding, material storage, fire safety, PPE compliance, and other relevant hazard categories. Findings are documented with photographs and GPS-tagged locations where applicable.
Each inspection produces a report with findings categorised by severity and corrective action recommendations. We track open findings through to closure and provide monthly summary dashboards that help management monitor safety performance and demonstrate due diligence to regulators and clients.
