Industrial Hygiene Monitoring
Quantitative workplace exposure monitoring for noise, chemical agents, particulate matter, and biological hazards using accredited methods.
About This Service
Overview
Industrial hygiene monitoring provides the quantitative data needed to evaluate whether workers are exposed to health hazards above permissible limits. DASH Consult conducts personal and area monitoring campaigns for a wide range of agents, including noise (occupational and environmental), airborne chemicals (gases, vapours, and aerosols), respirable and inhalable dust, silica, asbestos fibres, and biological agents.
Our monitoring follows methods recognised by the Singapore WSH Council alongside international standards published by NIOSH, OSHA, and HSE. Samples are analysed by accredited laboratories and results are compared against Singapore Permissible Exposure Limits (PELs), ACGIH TLVs, and other applicable standards.
Each monitoring campaign concludes with a detailed report including sampling methodology, analytical results, comparison against exposure limits, exposure risk ratings, and recommendations for control measures. We also provide trend analysis for clients on recurring monitoring programmes.
